• Students must attend scheduled sessions or provide 24-hour advance notice for rescheduling

Payment Terms

• Full Payment: Course fees must be paid in full before training commences

• Payment Methods: Cash, bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards accepted

• Currency: All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes

• Late Fees: Additional charges may apply for delayed payments

Refund Policy

Special Circumstances

Students must maintain valid and current documentation throughout the course duration:

Disciplinary Actions

Violation of code of conduct may result in course suspension or termination without refund. Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities.

Student Responsibility

Students are responsible for any damage caused by negligent or reckless behavior during training sessions. This includes damage to vehicles, property, or injury to third parties.

Internal Resolution Process

1. Direct Communication: Contact your instructor or center manager to resolve issues

2. Written Complaint: Submit formal complaint to customer service within 30 days

3. Management Review: Senior management will review and respond within 15 business days

4. Mediation: If unresolved, parties may agree to professional mediation

Legal Jurisdiction

• Governing Law: These terms are governed by Indian law

• Jurisdiction: Courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction

• Language: All legal proceedings will be conducted in English
